W & M Manufacturing was established in 1961, and is an ISO-9001:2000 Registered Company. We are a custom metallizing and painting facility consisting of five vacuum metallizers including two capable of in-chamber topcoat, robotic painting systems and flowcoat with UV cure system for custom painting. W & M is able to use a variety of paints, basecoats, topcoats and decorative or functional paints to meet specific customer requirements. When applicable, W & M utilizes the processes of Pier-Mac Plastics and Accelerated Curing.

Pier-Mac Plastics is a custom injection molding company established in 1975, and is located in the same building with W & M. Pier-Mac is also an ISO-9001:2000 Registered Company that consists of thirteen injection presses with robotics, ranging from 75 to 750 Tons. Pier-Mac is able to utilize a variety of plastic materials, such as Polycarbonate, Styrene, Polypropylene, ABS, Nylon, and many others.

Accelerated Curing Incorporated is a custom UV curable hard-coating facility established in 1994, and is a QS-9000 Registered Company as well as being GM Tier-2 and APOP Certified. ACI consists of two Fanuc robotic painting booths, a state of the art infrared oven and Fusion UV sources. ACI currently uses the Red Spot UVT200V3 hard-coating in its process.
